Questions about plans
Do you take a commission on my payments?
No. Deposits and payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal account. You only pay your plan.
How many artists can I add?
Studio and Studio Pro: unlimited artists, front desk and apprentices. Solo: one artist.
How fast is my studio ready?
Within 24–48 hours. You choose your address (yourstudio.gitechyink.com) at checkout and we email you the login.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes – upgrade any time, or add the health-inspection log and marketing campaigns as add-ons.
What if I need more storage?
Storage packs can be added any time: +15 GB, +50 GB, +100 GB or +250 GB.
Can I cancel?
Any time in My account. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period; you can export your data before it ends.
