Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026. Template – to be reviewed by an attorney before launch.
Who you are dealing with
These terms are an agreement between your studio and Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, FL 33177, United States (“GITECHY”, “we”, “us”). GITECHY™ is a brand of Alfa Tech, Corp. Contact: hello@gitechyink.com.
The service
GITECHY INK is a hosted service: each studio gets its own site at an address on gitechyink.com, set up within 24–48 hours after purchase. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments of your clients
Your clients pay you through your own payment provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). GITECHY is not a party to those payments, does not hold your money and takes no commission. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with your clients are between you and your clients.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your studio’s compliance with the laws and health regulations that apply to you – including consent, age verification, minors, record keeping and inspections.
- Consent and health form templates are provided for convenience and are not legal or medical advice; adapt them to your state.
- You are responsible for the data of your clients that you store in GITECHY INK, and for having the right to store it.
Cancellation and the end of a subscription
You can cancel any time in My account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After the end, the studio site is read-only for 30 days, and the site and its data are kept for 90 days after the end and then permanently deleted. Export your data before then.
Storage
Plans include the storage shown on the pricing page; extra storage is available as add-on packs. When storage is full, new files cannot be saved until storage is added or files are deleted.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your data and backups
GITECHY is not responsible for any loss, damage or corruption of data, however it happens. We make backups, but you remain responsible for exporting and keeping copies of data you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.
