Who we are

gitechyink.com and the GITECHY INK studio sites are operated by Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, FL 33177, United States (“GITECHY”, “we”, “us”). GITECHY™ is a brand of Alfa Tech, Corp. Contact: privacy@gitechyink.com.

Two kinds of data

  • Studio customers (the studios that buy GITECHY INK): we are responsible for their account, order and billing data.
  • The studios’ clients (people who book, sign forms and get tattooed): the studio is responsible for this data; we store and process it only for the studio, to run its GITECHY INK site.

What we collect from studios

  • Account and order data: name, email, studio name and address, billing details (payments are processed by Stripe – we never see full card numbers).
  • License and site data: license keys, the address of the studio site, usage needed to run and support it.
  • Messages you send us.

What studio sites store for the studio

Client contact details, bookings, signed consent and health forms (including health answers and ID photos), photos of the work, payments, aftercare messages and reviews. This data is kept in the studio’s own site, served only to people the studio allows, and kept as long as the studio sets.

Website statistics

On gitechyink.com we count page views with our own tool – no cookies, nothing sent to other companies. Your IP address is not stored; visitors are told apart for one day only with a code that cannot be traced back to you. Kept 13 months.

Who receives data

Stripe (payments for our plans), our hosting, storage and email providers. Studios use their own payment provider for their clients. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Studio account data: as long as the account exists and afterwards as long as tax law requires. Studio sites: see the Terms (what happens after a subscription ends).

Your rights

Studios can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of their data. Clients of a studio should contact that studio; we help the studio answer. Write to privacy@gitechyink.com.
